The cold and hot impact test chamber is a necessary test equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other material industries. It is used to test the degree of endurance of material structures or composite materials under the continuous environment of extremely high and low temperatures in an instant, so as to detect the chemical changes or physical injuries caused by thermal expansion and contraction of samples in the shortest time. The cold and hot impact test chamber meets the following test methods: GB/T2423.1.2, GB/T10592-2008, GJB150.3 High and low temperature impact test.
The high and low temperature impact test chamber is divided into three box type and two box type according to the test requirements and test standards. The difference lies in the different test methods and internal structures. The three box type is divided into a cold storage chamber, a heat storage chamber and a laboratory. The product is placed in the laboratory during testing. The two box type is divided into high temperature chamber and low temperature chamber. The motor drives the basket to switch between high and low temperatures. The product is placed in the basket and moves with the basket.
