Simulated Transport Vibration Testing Machine is to assess the ability of various kinds of items with specific loads to withstand actual road conditions in the process of road and automobile transportation, so as to obtain the impact of actual conditions on the items in the laboratory, so as to assess or confirm the basis for the items and the packaging of the items.

Performance features

Simulated Transport Vibration Testing Machine reproduces in the laboratory the vibration environment of a car during travelling on the road. A sub-band approach is used to simulate broadband random vibration. Each sub-band contains a dominant frequency (comparable to the intrinsic frequency of the car) and meets the power spectrum of the sub-band. As far as the vibration magnitude is concerned, the vibration parameters of the transport bench are consistent with the actual road spectrum, and at the same time, the rotation time of the test bench is equal to that of the actual sports car.
