Product Description

Application: The salt spray compound test chamber is a kind of accelerated corrosion test, which is simulated under the conditions that often occur in the natural environment and combined with several times of the severity of the natural environment. The test sample is for the products used in the fierce environmental changes. It is a cyclic combination of salt spray (or CASS), hot air drying, wetting and other test conditions in any order, which can effectively promote the corrosion of paint, metal, steel and other materials. Each test condition can be tested in any order or separately. It is applicable to various test standards and test methods of various industries, such as automobile manufacturers.
Product features: The salt spray compound test chamber has beautiful appearance design, reasonable structure, smooth and natural lines. The box shell is made of imported PVC plastic sheet, which is smooth, bright, scratch free, corrosion resistant, easy to clean, and leak free. The inner liner is made of PP plastic plate, and the temperature resistance can reach 100 ºC. Various auxiliary accessories and facilities are also corrosion resistant, and the structure design is reasonable. The box cover is made of "South Asia" transparent PVC or PC sheet imported from Taiwan, which is resistant to high temperature, corrosion, easy cleaning and no leakage. During the test, the indoor test conditions can be clearly observed from the outside without affecting the test results. And the box cover is designed as a practical top angle of 110 degrees, so that the condensate generated during the test will not drop on the sample to affect the test results. The box cover and box are sealed with water to prevent salt mist from overflowing, which may affect the test results and corrode other equipment in the room, or even cause damage to test operators.
The humidity system is composed of water vapor generator, blast, water circuit, condensation device, etc. After the salt spray test, the machine will set a defogging program to discharge the salt spray tested to the outside of the laboratory as soon as possible; Then the water evaporator will output the appropriate temperature and humidity based on the temperature and humidity set by the controller.
